Our Approach

Investing in Quality Care

At Russettings, we focus on meeting the needs and aspirations of people who require nursing care or are living with dementia. Each member of staff benefits from our comprehensive training programme and a high proportion have achieved NVQ / QCF qualifications. We respect the privacy, rights, independence and freedom of choice of all our residents and operate an open door policy, where relatives and friends are welcome to visit at any time. When looking for a care home, we understand you want somewhere you can feel relaxed, safe, comfortable and above all, call ‘home’. We endeavour to provide a homely environment within a therapeutic care setting, offering a range of single rooms with en-suite facilities as well as two double rooms for couples. The home benefits from a lovely conservatory overlooking extensive and beautiful grounds.

"Staff were kind and compassionate to people. People were involved planning their care needs. People were treated with respect and dignity, and their independence promoted. People received care and support tailored to their individual needs and preferences..."
